Coverage answers messages. Operating responsibility owns the outcome.
A note from the founder
I've run short-term rentals. The pricing, the turnovers, the late-night guest message, the cleaner who cancels, the vendor who no-shows, it all lands on one person, usually the owner.
Eventually the home you bought for freedom becomes a second job, and you're reacting to it instead of profiting from it.
I built Sun Mountain Stays to be the operator I wish I'd had: in-house on the turnovers, disciplined on the revenue, and a portfolio kept small enough that your home is never one of hundreds. So the work is no longer yours, and you keep the upside.
