Will I lose control of my property?
No. You stay the owner and set the guardrails, house rules, pricing floors, blackout dates, and how involved you want to be. We handle the day-to-day operating; you keep visibility and the final say.
What does the walkthrough cost, what's the catch?
It's free and there's no catch. We'd rather show you the gap in person than make claims online. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you, and you'll still leave with a clear, honest read on your property.
I already have a management company, is switching a hassle?
Switching is easier than staying stuck. We manage the whole transition (moving your listings, calendar, pricing, and guest communication across) and time it around your existing bookings so nothing drops. Most owners are surprised how little they have to do.
I think I'm locked into a contract, can you still help?
Often, yes. A lot of management agreements have notice windows or exit clauses owners don't realize they have. Bring yours to the walkthrough and we'll read it with you and map the cleanest path out.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No long lock-in. We work to earn your business every month rather than trap you in a multi-year agreement.
How does pricing work?
A single, simple management percentage of revenue, we earn when you earn. We'll walk through the exact number for your property on the call.
Who's watching the house?
We are. Between guest screening, quality-control checks, vendor coordination, and proactive maintenance, someone is accountable for your property at all times, not just when something breaks.
How do you protect me from bad guests?
We screen guests, set clear expectations, monitor stays, and document everything. If something goes wrong, we handle damage documentation and platform claims on your behalf.
How often will I hear from you?
Regular, transparent reporting plus proactive updates whenever something needs your attention, and you can always reach a real person, not a ticket queue.
What happens when something goes wrong at 2am?
We run 24/7 guest communication and emergency response. Issues get handled in real time, and you only get pulled in when a decision is genuinely yours to make.
What's included versus what I do?
We operate the guest, property, revenue, and owner experience end to end: screening, communication, reviews, pricing, listing optimization, vendor and cleaning coordination, restocking, quality control, claims, and reporting. Your job is mostly to own the home and cash the deposits.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the property's condition and whether it's already listed, but our Call → Plan → Launch → Operate process is designed to get you live quickly without cutting corners.
