Most launches run one to four weeks depending on how ready the property is and how quickly you can move on the punch list. We set the timeline together at the start so there is a clear finish line.

Do you do the physical work, like cleaning and staging?

We direct it and hand you the standard, contacts, and checklists to execute. The point of advisory is that you own the operation. If you would rather we run all of it for you, that is full-service management.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You have a live, documented operation and you run it. We stay reachable for questions, and if you later decide you would rather hand it over, we already know your property inside out.

Can you help with the Colorado Springs STR permit?

Yes. We walk you through the city's permit process and life-safety requirements as part of readiness, and point you to the official portal for current fees and rules. We are operators, not attorneys, so anything legal we send you to confirm at the source.

What if I decide I would rather go full-service?

That is a common outcome and an easy switch. A launch advisory is a low-commitment way to see how we operate before deciding whether to hand over the keys.
