Will you try to take my client?

No. A referral relationship only works if it is protected. Your client stays yours for the sale, refinance, or advisory work. We operate the rental and keep you in the loop, and we send buyers and sellers back to you when we can.

What do you actually do for a referred client?

Whatever the client needs: a straight earnings and permit read before they buy, a launch of a new rental, or full-service operation of an existing one. The first step is almost always an honest answer to the question they came with.

How broad is your network, really?
